There isn't an elegant way of doing it in Bootcamp. You would have to copy the file to a flash drive or memory card, restart then new OS and then open the file. Of course the files have to be compatible between both platforms. A more elegant solution is using Parallels or Fusion to run Windows then it's just matter of dragging and dropping between OSX and Windows.

Good thing I had Fusion and XP running on my iMac or I would have been shut down for several days. As I was working I was easily able to drag and drop Office files between the two OS's, I have MS Office for both Windows and OS X on my Mac so it was a snap. Boy I hate Windows though with all the troubles it brings along with it.
